The biggest reality today to the youth of this city is emotional pain. In all the songs they sing, the words they speak and the things they do, the rhyme is often the same – hurt, bitterness and rebellion. Issues such as Abortion, Drug abuse, Alcoholism, Teen Pregnancy etc. can be dealt with through personal interaction. Availability is thus the key. To this end Kerygma opens all doors and provides a place called home to the emotionally orphaned.

Kêrygma networks with several professionally trained and experienced counselors. Freedom from fears and addictions and other modules for healing based on the works like that of Dr. Neil Anderson and others, group therapy programs, tele-counseling, youth action groups, help books, audio and videotapes, indoor games etc., are all part of Kerygma's provision towards a wholesome environment.
