Kêrygma conducts regular workshops and awareness programs for high schools, colleges, youth groups, student hostels and churches on various issues related to young people. These topics include:

•  Emotional Intelligence (EQ) – A course developed to aid the intelligent use of emotions in appropriate ways to enhance inter-personal relationships”

•  Behaviour Analysis – Know yours, recognize others behavioral styles. Adapt and blend your style for greater, more effective communication & relationships. A program with a special focus on the ‘ DISC language'

• Leadership Development - Modules designed for emerging young leaders in schools & colleges. Topics include leadership development, vision building, decision making etc.

•  Character by Character - Atleast 2 dozen foundational traits that lay the basis for character development.

•  S.Y.I.S - Week long residential workshop targeted towards sharpening interpersonal skills, designed by International Training Partners & India Missions Association.

•  S*L*A*M (Sex, Love and Marriage) – a 6 session “abstinence before marriage” program.

•  Teens First – a module developed to equip teens & church youth groups to better understand and deal with teen related issues. •  Positive Parenting – A workshop aimed at equipping parents with skills to understand and cope with changes in their children, especially through their teen years.

•  The Youth ALPHA – 15 basic bible studies specially designed to equip young people spiritually, culminating in a refreshing Holy Spirit weekend.
